CARRINGTON, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Foster County Public health is reporting 7 positive COVID-19 cases from their mass testing event on July 28th.

“Cases are under investigation to determine county and type of spread,” Lisa Hilbert, Foster County Health Administrator stated. “Due to confidentiality, we are only releasing the number of positives. Remember, we in rural ND are not defined by county borders. We need to look at what is happening in the region.”

Hilbert added that they would like to focus on how to prevent spread and how people can protect the public moving forward.
