JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Stutsman County reported one of its highest participated primaries in recent years in June.
During the recent County Commission meeting, Chief Deputy Auditor/Recorder Jessica Alonge gave the commission the primary election expense report.
The primary this year was conducted exclusively through mail-in ballot due to COVID-19.
Alonge said the good news with this year’s primary was they appeared to be under budget.
Total expenses reported by the county was $23,663.09 with $4.85 estimated per vote.
