VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Another scam using or threatening to be from the Social Security Office making the rounds.

A Valley City resident submitted this recording to KOVC Radio recently.

Don’t call that phone number back, if you do you’ll be prompted to provide your social security number to a scam artist.

The ND Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division said the call is pretending to be a federal Social Security official.
