VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A motorist was helping another motorist and lost control of his vehicle and it slid into the Sheyenne River in Valley City on Monday, July 13th.
Valley City Fire & Rescue Crews along with member of the Public Works Department, Police and Barnes County Ambulance assisted in the recovery of the vehicle near the Old Mill Dam site in Valley City about 10pm.
No injuries were reported. The motorist told authorities that as he was assisting another motorist his vehicle slid into the river.
