VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Barnes County Road 38 near Hastings, ND is restricted to 6 ton per axle due to weak subgrade and deteriorating asphalt conditions on the road surface.

Due to high water, Barnes County 11 is closed 1.5 miles west and 2 miles north of the City Of Litchville, ND. No detour will be provided. Motorists are asked to seek alternate routes. Construction of an emergency grade raise is expected to begin this week.
