VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City Freedom Fest 2020 was a celebration of the first day of summer on Saturday, June 20th.
The day started out with a family kayaking race, followed by two cruises down Central Avenue in Valley City. The Lake Ashtabula Palooza was postponed and will be held at a later date this summer.
