Fargo, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The North Dakota State Patrol says a 47 year old woman has died after rolling an ATV in a ditch filled with water.

Authorities say the accident occurred around 8:30 pm Thursday night on a gravel road near Gwinner.  A 46 year old passenger in the ATV was also injured, but the passengers injuries were not considered life threatening.

The names have not been released at this time.
