JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation (JSDC) will be coming up with a marketing plan for the newly constructed Airport Business Park in Northeast Jamestown.
The business park currently has lots ranging in size from 8.5 to 46 acres with access to 34th Street SE, Highway 20, and easy accessibility to Interstate 94. The marketing strategy was held during the recent Business Attraction Committee meeting Monday.
JSDC Business Development Manager Corry Shevlin says they will take after other communities including Grand Forks, Bismarck, and Fargo to develop a strategic marketing plan.
Shevlin added that amidst the current COVID-19 outbreak, he was unsure how much they would begin marketing the park at this time.
Shevlin says most of the marketing work can be done internally and will focus on a digital approach.
