VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Construction on the new $32 million Valley City State University Communication and Fine Arts Center will start this summer in Valley City.

VCSU president Alan LaFave said the bids are in and being reviewed.

LaFave talked about what this new facility will mean for the university and the community.

Once the new building is completed, Foss Music Hall will be removed being it’s on the wrong side of the city’s permanent flood protection project.
