JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Local Regional Committee is hosting a virtual forum for Jamestown City Council and Jamestown Public School Board electoral races.

The forum will be held via Zoom and shared live with the local media.

The City Council Forum will be on Wednesday, May 20th at 7pm. The School Board Forum will be held on Thursday, May 21st at 7pm. All of the candidates have indicated they will be present for this informative event.

The forum will be featured live on the Jamestown Area Chamber’s Facebook page, as well as other local media outlets.

“The Chamber Local Regional Committee chose to focus on the local contested elections at this time,” Chamber Executive Director Emily Bivens stated. “The committee is hoping to offer another forum before the November Election. We hope that you can join us for these great events before mailing in your ballot.”
