VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – As North Dakota “Smart Re-Start” goes into effect, the Valley City Parks and Recreation begins to open up certain facilities around town that will help the community begin to take advantage of the better weather.

Valley City Park and Rec Director Tyler Jacobson spoke at Wednesday’s COVID-19 briefing about the openings and the guidelines that need to be followed.
