VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Minnesota woman faces a number of charges after she was arrested by police during a traffic stop along 12th Street Northwest on April 29th shortly after 8:20pm.

A witness said the woman had to be pulled out of her vehicle by police officers and handcuffed at the scene.

The Barnes County State’s Attorney charged 22 year-old Cassidy Fulton of Hamburg, MN with preventing arrest, fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, DUI-refusal, reckless endangerment and reckless driving.
