VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Officials with City County Health District in Valley City along with local government leaders will give their weekly update on recent developments concerning the COVID-19 pandemic during a news briefing tonight.

Chelsea Modlin is the Director of the South Central Human Service Center site in Valley City. She talked about how people can enhance their mental health during this trying time.

She said remember to take more walks, eat healthy foods and get plenty of sleep.
