VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Someone is spoofing a Valley City phone number claiming to be from South Central Taxi Services. South Central Transit spokesman Rod Graffing is warning customers that this is a scam.

Graffing said the caller has a foreign accent and asks for money upfront. He said that’s a red flag, none of their employees asks for money over the phone to pay for services in advance. The full interview with Rod Graffing is right here.
