HILLSBORO, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Two bodies have been recovered from the scene of a house fire near Hillsboro on Friday, April 10th.

Traill County Sheriff Steve Hunt says two bodies were discovered in the home of 35 year-old Adam Gettel, who couldn’t be found after fire destroyed his home about three miles east of Hillsboro on Thursday, April 9th. His nearly two-year-old daughter was with her father when the fire was spotted by a Sheriff’s deputy.
