No detour will be provided. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes and to exercise caution while traveling on rural roadways as conditions are changing rapidly.

And Barnes County 38 is closed about one mile east of ND Highway 1 to four miles west of the City of Kathryn, ND. No detour will be provided. Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes.
