VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City Public Schools is inviting our community to join the Hi-Liners this Saturday, April 4th for a Drive-In Movie here in Valley City. Following our planning the past two weeks and approval earlier this week from the City of Valley City and City-County Health of Barnes County, we will be sponsoring this free event for all the children and students in Valley City. We will accept Free Will Donations from individuals and businesses that would be supporting this event and other possible future events in our community during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Please know that we must all follow the very strict social distancing guidelines and NO ONE will be allowed to leave their vehicles during the showings. If in any event that you need to leave your vehicle you will be required to drive out of the parking lot (including needing to use the bathroom). We want this community event to be fun for all and we respectfully ask that all follow these guidelines and rules for the continued safety of all of our volunteers and attendees. Only individuals from your household may be with you in the vehicle at the movie.
The following is an interview with Sheila Kriewald and Ashley Kellogg talking about this fun event.
