JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown Parks & Recreation and the OnTRAC Learning Center are continuing their services through the Childcare Emergency Operations Grant (CEOG) Program.
The program, announced by Governor Doug Burgum and the North Dakota Department of Human Services, will allow childcare services to continue during the current pandemic.
“As a multi-licensed childcare center, OnTRAC Learning Center, is looking forward to meeting the childcare needs of essential service workers in our community,” TRAC states in a release.
“The health and safety of children in our care and our staff has always been our top priority and will continue to be throughout this pandemic. OnTRAC Learning Center will be following the Modified Operating Practices as required by the North Dakota Department of Human Services. “
The CEOG Program will allow OnTRAC to care for additional children 3 years old to 5th grade with priority given to families working in essential services including healthcare, safety, and lifeline jobs.
