VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Author and Illustrator Dana Sullivan entertained the crowd with his drawings and talked about his latest children’s book “Our Family Farm” during the annual North Dakota Winter Show on March 7th in Valley City.
Sullivan told reporter Steve Urness that the book centers on a dog’s experience with members on a family farm.
The book was released in 2018. The North Dakota Farmers Union based in Jamestown sponsored Dana Sullivan’s trip to North Dakota.
Sullivan lives near Seattle, where he loves to hike with his wife, Vicki, and dog, Bennie, when he’s not drawing or writing. He also wrote and illustrated Ozzie and the Art Contest and Kay Kay’s Alphabet Safari and illustrated the Digger and Daisy early reader series.
