After the Moser 3-pointer Oakes’ Nicole Schmitz had a chance to tie in her last game as a Tornado but missed a three from the right of the circle that sealed the MPB victory. A hard loss to swallow for Oakes as the Tornadoes out rebounded MPB 40-19 and had two double-double performances. Oakes Sr. Jaida Seyer scored a team high 18 points, 14 coming in the first half, and grabbed 12 rebounds while Jr. Sadie Hansen recorded 14 points and 13 rebounds.
