DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The 2020 Class B Region 4 Girls Basketball Tournament will run Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, February 24th, 25th and 27th at the Devils Lake Sports Center. The first day will feature four single elimination contests starting at 3pm. The Cardinals of Langdon/Edmore/Munich are the defending Region 4 champs and are coming into this years tournament rated number two in the state, a perfect 21-0 and the District 8 champs. They will play the third game of the day against the number four seed from District 7 the Rockets of New Rockford/Sheyenne. KDAK AM 1600/FM 100.1 and newsdakota.com will broadcast this game starting about 6pm and will follow the Rockets throughout the tourney if they win the first game. Here is the first day schedule:

3pm – D7 (1) Four Winds/Minnewaukan 18-3 vs D8 (4) North Star 10-12
30 minutes after – D8 (2) Dunseith 12-10 vs D7 (3) Dakota Prairie 11-11
30 minutes after – D8 (1) Langdon/Edmore/Munich 21-0 vs D7 (4) New Rockford/Sheyenne 11-9 (KDAK)
30 minutes after – D7 (2) Harvey/Wells County 14-8 vs D8 (3) St. John 14-7
