A longtime building near downtown Fargo  is being torn down today.  The McDonalds restaurant that was located at 905 Main Ave. was mostly torn down by noon Thursday.

That particular McDonalds closed its doors for business in December of 2019 after their lease was not renewed.  BNSF Railroad is the owner of the land where the business was located, and says there is no immediate plans for new development.  But that the land is available for lease.
