NEW ROCKFORD, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The third and final day of the 2020 Class B District 7 Girls Basketball tournament was held on Monday with three games, here are the results:

Dakota Prairie 46 Lakota 38 (Region 4 qualifier)

Hollie Emory had 12 and Carly Lippert added 10 to help the Knights of Dakota Prairie defeat the Raiders of Lakota in the first game Monday. Emily Bina led the way for Lakota with 13 and Kylee Baumgarn added 11. Lakota ends their season at 5-17 overall, DP improves to 11-11 overall and will be the three seed from D7 at the Region 4 tourney.

New Rockford/Sheyenne 55 Benson County 47 (Region 4 qualifier)

The BC Wildcats led 28-24 at the break, but Hannah Haley, Cassie Longnecker and Kayahna Hopfauf helped a second half comeback as the fourth seeded Rockets knock off the three seed in the tournament, the Wildcats end their season at 14-7 overall.  The contest featured four lead changes and two ties. Haley led the way with 18, Hopfauf 13 and Longnecker nine as the Rockets improve to 11-9 overall and will be the four seed from D7 at the region tourney. BC was led by Desidy Schwanke with 19 and Quinn Neppl with 17.

No. 7 Four Winds/Minnewaukan 64 Harvey/Wells County 54 (championship)

For the second straight year, the Indians are the District 7 champs. The number one seed FWM led by as many as 16 points, the two seeded Hornets cut the gap to four late in the fourth quarter but Ezura Rainbow hit eight of her 15 total points in the fourth quarter to help FWM remain in the lead. Mahpiya Jackson led the way for FWM with 20 points, Riah Littleghost added 15. For HWC, Jasmine Ripplinger had 16 and Kalyn Keller added 15.
