OAKES, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – An Oakes man was arrested Tuesday in Oakes on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge.

31 year old Jacob Joseph Moore was arrested earlier this week. Moore was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor according to the case’s register of actions.

Moore entered a not guilty plea and had his bond hearing yesterday.
