Fargo, N.D (NewsDakota.com) – This week I had the chance to have a long form discussion with North Dakota Congressman Kelly Armstrong.  I requested the interview because I thought it would be interesting to get a Congressman’s opinion about the Impeachment process currently unfolding in the US Senate that’s also a Criminal Lawyer by trade.

One of the most interesting things you will hear during the interview is Congressman Armstrong saying, if this were a real trial, he would have all 100 Senators removed from the jury for cause.  He also provides clarity on what the difference is between the Impeachment trial and a real legal trial.
