VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – City Administrator David Schelkoph’s final day in office will be January 17th.

He said during his eight years of service, he was pleased to help the city secure funding for the permanent flood protection project.

He said the city is better protected today compared to eight years ago.

An Open House for David will be held Wednesday, January 15th from 3pm to 5pm in the city hall commission chambers. All are welcome.
