JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The City of Jamestown has petitions available to those who may be interested in running for a city seat in 2020.

City Administrator Sarah Hellekson says petitions can be picked up at city hall. She says petitions can be picked up for numerous other city positions.

Hellekson says it’ll also be a chance for interested parties to understand better the amount of signatures they’ll need. She shared some of the seats that will be up for election later this year.

Hellekson says the filing deadline for signatures to be submitted will be April 6th at 4 PM.
