VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The city of Valley City is reminding the public that garbage pickup will resume Tuesday, December 31st and the transfer station is open.

Public Works Director Jeff Differding said crews will plow and remove snow so motorists should exercise caution around the heavy equipment.

Due to the Holiday on Wednesday, January 1st, garbage pickup and snow removal will continue on Thursday, January 2nd.
