VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Public Works Director Jeff Differding said crews are going to start cleaning emergency routes and will have a sander follow the plows along these routes.

He said crews will come out after midnight to windrow and blow the first round of snowfall and repeat the process after midnight on Monday morning. He said residential streets will not begin to be cleared until after the storm has passed.
