CROOKSTON, MN (NewsDakota.com) – Abby Grounds scored twice and added two assists leading Jamestown to a 4-1 win over Crookston in high school girls hockey Friday night in Crookston.
Ella Roaldson added a goal and two assists for the Blue Jays. Sydney Mittleider added a goal and Jada Nelson made 21 saves as the Jays won their second straight game and third in the last four.
Jamestown is now 3-4 on the season. They will host Fargo Davies next Saturday night at John L. Wilson Arena.
The boys will host Minot at 4:15 with the girls to follow at 7.
