JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation staff and Board of Directors say they are proud of their accomplishments in 2019 and are recapping the projects of the year.

The JSDC continues to see their FlexPACE Interest Buy-down Loan be the most popular option for the incentives. The JSDC Board of Directors approved FlexPACE funds to nine local projects totaling $433,700. This leverages to approximately $5.6 million invested in the area.

This year, management was transferred over to the land owners of the I-94 Business Park. The project began in 2003 and the final lot sale was to UPS this year.

Finally, the Jamestown Airport Business Park is ready for businesses to occupy the space. The project was completed under budget and features 32 shovel-ready lots. The JSDC is working with the North Dakota National Guard to place a new armory on the southeastern area of the park. “Airport Park interest has been from local companies wanting to expand and third party suppliers of local companies as well as aUAV companythat has other locations in ND,” said Connie Ova, CEO of JSDC.
