VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Barnes County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public that a registered sex offender is working at 12306 20th St SE, Luverne, ND on the wind tower sites.

Juan Perez is residing at 455 Wintershow Rd SW, Valley City.

Perez does not have a risk level listed with the State of North Dakota at this time.

Perez. was born in 1969, is a hispanic male, 5’5”, 135 lbs. brown eyes, black hair. Perez was convicted of Enticement by Electronic Communication Device-Class 4 Felony in Nebraska.
