VELVA, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The Cardinals of Carrington finished in third place over the weekend at the Velva Invitational Wrestling tournament. The host team, Velva, won the tournament with 273 points, followed by Minot Bishop Ryan with 231.5, Carrington 215, Northern Lights fourth with 192 and Williams County fifth with 146.5. The Cardinals had four champs and one runner-up, here are the individual results:

Next up for Carrington will be the Carrington Tourney on Friday and Saturday, December 13th & 14th. Duals will start at 4pm on Friday and individuals will start at 10am on Saturday. KDAK the Cardinal will have coverage on Saturday starting at 10am.
