A man is missing after sheriff’s deputies located his UTV on ice near open water around Medina Saturday evening.

Stutsman County Sheriff Chad Kaiser states they searched about 3 miles east of Medina Saturday evening. The UTV Ranger was found sitting on the ice near open water.

Individuals had reportedly been ice fishing in the area, but have not seen the missing man.

Searches will continue today.
