JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Frontier Village Association will be meeting Tuesday to discuss resignation of board members and consider dissolution.

In an agenda sent to NewsDakota, several items are up for discussion including the appointment of new FVA members, resignation of current board members, transfering items over to the City of Jamestown with Jamestown Tourism acting as the non-profit recipient, and consideration of dissolving the FVA.

“In an effort to have good and productive conversation, board members should direct questions to the board president,” the agenda states. “Members of the audience can be heard, but only at the request and permission of the president.”

The FVA will also be discussion the dismissal of attorney Matthew Sorensen and all parties related to Vogel Law firm.

The meeting is open to the public Tuesday, November 12th at 5:30 PM at the All Vets Club in Jamestown.
