JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – RSVP North Dakota is raising funds through a unique, one-of-a-kind quilt this winter.
The Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) is a federal program that networks with local agencies that need volunteers by recruiting, placing, and recognizing those volunteers.
Deb Lee is with RSVP and the Dakota Store.
The RSVP program is a non-profit and requires funds to provide their services.
Lee says the quilt is unique because it uses some shirts that can’t be found anywhere else.
Lee says the quilt is making the rounds statewide with the Pride of Dakota showcase. She says it’ll be in Jamestown November 14th and 15th at the Jamestown Civic Center.
Raffle tickets can be purchased there, Lifestyle Appliance in Jamestown, and Unison Bank. The drawing will be held on December 10th.
