VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Barnes County Road 22 known as Old Highway Ten is closed at Hobart Lake due to high water washing over the roadway.

A barricade has been set up on both sides of the road near the entrances of the low grade area of the lake.

Anyone getting caught driving around the barricade will be cited. The fine is $250 and deputies have issued more than a dozen citations over the last few days. Again motorists should not remove or drive around the barricades.
