JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Pastor Shawn Bowman pitched the first ever Trunk or Treat 16 years ago.

Today, Pastor Bowman says the event is highly attended in Jamestown at Victory Lutheran Church.

Kids go from car to car in the Victory Lutheran Church parking lot. Local fire department, police department, and ambulance are also invited to hand out treats

Also new at Victory Lutheran Church, they have hired Conan Hirsch as the new youth director and worship leader. Hirsch and his wife, Kelsey, moved to Jamestown as he began his position in September.

The 16th Annual Trunk or Treat will begin at 5:30 PM with carnival games and fun. Victory Lutheran Church is located at 510 9th Ave. SW.
