VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The owner of Blush Boutique, Penny Wolla was named the 2019 Center for Technology and Business Woman Entrepreneur of the Year.
She received the award during the ND Women’s Business Summit sponsored by the ND Women’s Business Center in Bismarck.
Blush Boutique opened in July of 2017 in downtown Valley City.
