COOPERSTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Sargent Central/Lidgerwood/Oakes (SCLO) Cross Country team will be sending all 14 runners to the state tournament Saturday October 26th at Souris Valley Golf Course in Minot.

At Regionals, held at the Cooperstown Country Club, SCL had three girls place in the top 20 and one boy place in the top 10.

Sophomore Dreah Frolek placed third, 8th grader Olivia Frolek placed 13th and junior Drew Frolek finished 19th.

On the boys side, senior Ryan Hermes placed 9th.

The entire team will compete at the state meet coming up this Saturday. The class B boys race begins at 2 p.m. and the girls start at 2:45 p.m.
