JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – After a 29-6 season and a GPAC title, in their first year, the University of Jamestown’s men’s basketball team has officially turned the page to the new year and will hold their season opener on Friday at Newman Arena. The Cedric Smith Memorial Classic will take place on Friday and Saturday with the Jimmies hosting the University of Winnipeg on Friday night.

Jamestown returns three starters and three key bench reserves. They also add a few freshman, including Jamestown native Mason Walters, to the fold.
