VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – With temperatures staying about freezing Monday night, that did not help the water situation in the Valley City Area.
Lake Ashtabula Park Ranger Scott Tichy says things changed over night and they had to raise the river flow release to 3100 cfs. But it will not stay there are another increase could come later in the week.
Tichy offers an explanation as to why the release was raised.
