Lisbon, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – It was another dominating performance from the Lisbon Broncos Offense last night.  Winning over Hatton/Northwood by a score of 58 to 28.  The Broncos have a chance to finish the regular season with a perfect 8-0 record if they can win next Saturday afternoon at (2-5) Sargent County.

No matter what happens for the Broncos in the post season, this year has been special.  Last night the Broncos set the single game all-time Lisbon rushing record with 536 yards as a team.  The Broncos were lead again by their two-headed backfield of Jr. RB/QB Jordan Sours and Jr. QB/RB Hunter Schultz.  Sours rushed for 252 yards and 5 TD’s and Schultz rushed for 201 yards and 2 TD’s.  Maybe the most amazing stat of the night for the Broncos is that they put up 58 points and 536 yards of offense without the benefit of 1 passing yard.  They simply didn’t need it.

One more stat for you:  Jordan Sours has now rushed for 1270 yards and 20 TD’s in 7 games this season.
