TODAY:  SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WITH DRIFTING AND POOR VISIBILITY IN RURAL AREAS.  STEADY TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 20S AND LOW TO MID 30S.  WIND: CONTINUING TO GUST 25 TO 45 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA AND NORTHSWEST MINNESOTA.  ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATION 3 TO 5 INCHES TODAY.  MORE IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.
