VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Public works crews continue to keep emergency routes open in the city. Public Works director Jeff Differding said snow removal crews will start clearing the downtown business district after midnight in Valley City on October 12th. He said crews will then start to clear residential areas. He said crews may not finish clearing snow in the city until Sunday, October 13th.
