OAKES, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – An Oakes woman was arrested last week and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to manufacture and deliver.

Megan Rudnick, 43, was arrested September 26th in Oakes.

“The Oakes Police Department with the assistance of multiple agencies conducted two separate search warrants last week that are currently both under further investigation,” was the statement given by Oakes Police Officer Matt O’Brien.

O’Brien said he can probably give another statement sometime next week.

According to the court’s records the preliminary hearing is set for October 29th at 10AM.
