ELLENDALE, N.D. – After nearly 50 years of service for the Dickey County, Glenn Pahl is retiring.

Pahl is retiring as Office Manager and Secretary but started as a temporary worker during his summer as a high school senior. Since then Glenn has worked steadily for the Dickey County Highway Department.

“Good Luck and GODS SPEED Glenn and thanks for the friendship and hard work- enjoy your well-earned retirement!” said Dickey County Emergency Manager Charlie Russell in an email.

“He will be sorely missed,” added Russell.
