JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Homecoming is an annual celebration of high schools, colleges, and universities in which alumni are encouraged to participate.
With over 130 years of graduating classes through the University of Jamestown, there’s plenty of tradition when it comes to homecoming.
President of Development and Alumni Relations Brett Moser says they expect several class reunions and more to take place over the course of the week.
Setareh Campion, Director of Alumni Relations, says they have a long slate of items for students and alumni to participate in.
With that, Campion says they have numerous alumni games including volleyball, wrestling, and basketball.
A big day that’s open to the entire public is Saturday, October 5th with the Homecoming Street Fair from 9 AM to 12 PM on campus.
Moser says another special event also taking place is the Athletic Hall of Fame Breakfast Saturday morning.
