VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Public School District has a policy that provides the reverse overdose medication “Narcan” to be made available in all school offices and in AED boxes throughout the school district.
Superintendent Josh Johnson said Narcan, can be administered to an individual that is suspected of suffering from an Opioid drug overdose. He said our VCPS staff has been trained by City-County Health nurses to be able to administer this medication.
