Hunter, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Lisbon Broncos continued their hot start to the 2019 season with a 40 to 0 win at Northern Cass. The Broncos got 199 yards rushing and 5 TD’s from Jr. RB Jordan Sours and the defense pitched their second consecutive shutout. The Broncos pounded Fargo Oak Grove 44 to 0 last week.

- Sours scores on a 2 yard TD run in the 1st quarter with 4:14 remaining. Sours also rushed for the 2 pt conversion. That made the score 8 to 0
- Sours scores on an 11 yard TD run in the 2nd quarter with 6:07 remaining. Sours also rushed for the 2 pt conversion. That made the score 16 to 0.
- Sours scores on a 20 yard TD reception from Hunter Schultz in the 2nd quarter with 2:27 remaining. Sours rushed for 2 pt. conversion. That made the score 24 to 0.
- Sours scores on a 26 yard TD run in the 2nd quarter with 1:15 remaining in the half. Hunter Schultz scores the 2 pt. conversion. That made the score 32 to 0.
- Sours scores on a 44 yard TD run in the 3rd quarter with 8:44 remaining. Dawson Parrow scores the 2 pt. conversion. That made it 40 to 0.
The Broncos also got several strong performances from their defense. Including a 2nd quarter Int. that led to a Broncos score. The Broncos (3-0) will play again next Friday night (9-20) at home against E.E.K. The Thunder lost last night against Hatton/Northwood 28 to 26 at home to run their record to 1 and 3.
